Gigi’s Place is situated among a highly desirable residential neighborhood with rolling green landscapes, convenient to Austin Landing, Dorothy Lane Market, medical, shopping malls and restaurants. Our first location is off 741 and Spring Valley Pike in Miamisburg, Ohio. Our grand opening is projected for the second quarter in 2026.

About Gigi’s Place
Our boutique Assisted Living home is the newest way to live in a true family-style atmosphere with 24/7 caregivers. It no longer feels confined or lonely. Residential assisted living is dialing up what will soon become the most sought-after care for your loved ones.
You’ll share this welcoming home with just 15 other housemates, all on a single floor—one of the many ways Gigi’s Place feels truly different.

Gigi’s Place luxury assisted living home is filled with people who truly care. Here, caregivers get to know your loved ones likes and dislikes, just like that special family member. With one caregiver for every five residents, there’s always someone ready to help, right when they’re needed.
Assisted Living
At our assisted living home, we provide personalized senior care with a unique approach—each caregiver supports only five residents, ensuring highly attentive, one-on-one care tailored to individual needs. From basic assistance to advanced levels of care, we adapt as each resident’s needs evolve over time.
Memory Care Coming Soon
Our assisted living home will provide support for seniors living with mild cognitive impairments and caregivers will help manage their daily routines. A dedicated memory care home for those needing advanced dementia care will be coming soon.
